At Bookistaan, every box is carefully curated with intention and care. Because our services are personalised, we request that you review the policy below before placing an order.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.
Once the 48-hour window has passed, the order moves into the curation process and cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us within 48 hours using the details provided below.
Refunds
Refunds are not possible once a box has been shipped.
As each box is curated specifically for your child, refunds are not applicable after dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear photographs along with your order details to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same cancellation policy outlined above.
Missed months or partially used subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
