At Bookistaan, every box is carefully curated with intention and care. Because our services are personalised, we request that you review the policy below before placing an order.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the 48-hour window has passed, the order moves into the curation process and cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us within 48 hours using the details provided below.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not possible once a box has been shipped.

  • As each box is curated specifically for your child, refunds are not applicable after dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly share clear photographs along with your order details to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders follow the same cancellation policy outlined above.

  • Missed months or partially used subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
